Cancellation Policy
Deposits are 30% of your appointment.
All deposits goes towards your services booked.
Deposits are required or you will not be booked.
If the appointment is rescheduled you will be required to pay another deposit to reschedule.
No call no show will result in full payment of your service booked charged to the card on file.
10 mins late will result in $10 fee.
15 mins late will result in rescheduling.
cancellations please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a 50%charge
Refills must have 7 nails or it will be charged for a full set.
Gel polish and sets are only guaranteed for 2-3 weeks.
I will repair a broken nail that is less than a week old. After 1 week a repair charge is required.
please reschedule any appointments if you are sick or have been ill in the last 48 hours.
